We have heavy large format multi-headed CNC routers and 4-axis machining centers which allow us to make the most difficult jobs in the most precise efficient manner. We work with our clients to design, test and build working models for displays, tradeshows, testing patents and even courtroom demonstration process.   We can incorporate many elements including electrical, water, forced air, sound, video and many kinds of material such as plastics, metal and woods.   We have done working models for such companies as UL Labs, PECO, Demilac USA, Exxon Mobil, Royal Oil, Nikon, Event Fabrics and Texas Instruments/DLP.

Plast-ifab offers both hand stick welding and extrusion welding on a cariety of materials such as polypro, HDPE, PVC.  We electronically test all welds to insure the highest quality.  Plasti-Fab has done tanks for chemical processing,  waste water,  plating, containment and custom uses.  We have provided tanks to Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Comanche Peak Nuclear Plant, Turbo Meca USA, Delta Airlines and many others.
